Chris Griffin, President of LaRocca Inspections
Chris Griffin became a journeyman plumber and was a plumbing contractor for 18 years when a friend at LaRocca Inspections recruited him as a general physical home inspector in 2000.
He obtained his general contractor license and increased his role with LaRocca Inspections becoming the Director of Inspector Training in 2002 and because of his extensive plumbing knowledge founded Sewerline Check in 2004, which provides sewer inspections services to buyers, sellers, and property owners.
Chris quickly became passionate about educating Realtors in the field of real estate inspections and was able to cultivate a relationship of cooperation and transparency. In 2007, Chris was asked to be the General Manager of LaRocca Inspections and later became the Managing Partner in 2012 and more recently became a full partner in all of our inspection companies. In 2019, John LaRocca sadly passed away, Chris stepped into John’s shoes as the President of LaRocca Inspections and the Check Companies.
Returning to his passion a few years ago, Chris has been educating Realtors, home buyers, investors, and sellers regarding property inspection standards, benefits, and protections. He appreciates the lightbulb moments he can help create with people for the value and importance of property inspections.
