These days with all of the lawsuits that are changing the way the real estate industry works and how real estate professionals work and interact with consumers and customers, it has become more important than ever for you to be able to explain to consumers the value of:

- Working with a licensed REALTOR versus other options they have including iBuying, FSBO, or working with nonmembers of NAR

- Working with you over every other REALTOR member in your market

- Why you are worth whatever commission rate or pricing model you opt to go with in light of the recent legal changes.

In this session, Heather will show you how and why you need to be able to convey your value on many levels to today's customers.
